Pre niekoho je "Kardinál" určite stará známa klasika, ktorú pečiete pravidelne, ja som ho však skúšala upiecť prvý krát a zamilovala som sa na prvé zahryznutie ♥
Neskutočne lahodný, až priam obláčikový zákusok :)
Väčšinou býva v podobe dvoch plátov cesta, ja som ho spravila trojvrstvový a vnútro som naplnila malinovým pyré s mascarpone šľahačkovým krémom ,čerstvými jahodami a čučoriedkami. Vďačná to veru kombinácia :)
Kardinál rezy
Žlté cesto :
4 žĺtky
2 vajcia
100 g kryštálového cukru
90 g polohrubej múky
Bielková pena :
4 bielky
100 g práškového cukru
Plnka:
250 g mascarpone
350 ml šľahačky
3 PL práškového cukru
1 ČL vanilkového extraktu
malinové pyré (rozvarené maliny s cukrom a zahustené kukuričným škrobom )
jahody,čučoriedky (nemusia byť,výborné je to aj len s malin.pyré )
Vymiešame si spolu žĺtky a vajcia s cukrom do hustej peny..opatrne primiešame múku .
Bielky si vyšľaháme s cukrom do snehu .
Obe cestá si naplníme do dvoch zdobiacich sáčkov.
Plech si vystelieme papierom na pečenie ,ktorý ešte potrieme olejom, aby sa cesto (po upečení) dalo ľahšie oddeliť od papiera.
Na plech striedavo ,pomocou zdobiacich vreciek, nanášame pásy cesta. Začneme žltým ,pokračujeme bielym a takto ich prestriedame, kým sa neminú. Pečieme pri 180 C ,približne 10 až 15 minút .
Necháme vychladnúť. Medzitým si spolu vyšľaháme mascarpone so šľahačkou, cukrom a vanilkou .
Vychladnuté cesto rozdelíme na 3 rovnaké pláty, ktoré potom postupne vrstvíme na seba. Začneme prvým plátom, potrieme ho malinovým pyré ,nanesieme krém ,dáme ďalší plát, opäť potrieme malin.pyré, krémom a ukončíme posledným plátom, ktorý posypeme práškovým cukrom a celý zákusok dáme na chvíľu zachladiť do chladničky.
